All sales of self-paced courses, digital products, downloadable resources, templates, assessments, certificates, and other digital content are final.
Due to the digital nature of these Products and Services, customers receive immediate access to the purchased content upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and the Products and Services cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked once accessed, LearnVironment does not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations for these purchases.
By purchasing a self-paced course or digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will receive immediate access to digital content and learning materials.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for change of mind, lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the content, inability to complete a course, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.
- You are responsible for reviewing the course description, requirements, and details prior to making a purchase.
For live cohort-based courses, customers may cancel their enrollment and request a refund up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled cohort start date.
Refund requests received fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the cohort start date are not eligible for a refund and all sales become final.
If a participant is unable to attend a cohort after the seven-day cancellation period, LearnVironment may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future cohort or provide another accommodation. Any such accommodation is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
LearnVironment reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, substitute instructors for, or cancel any live cohort course due to instructor availability, minimum enrollment requirements, technical issues, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that LearnVironment cancels a cohort, affected participants may be offered one of the following remedies, at LearnVironment's discretion:
- A full refund of the purchase price;
- Transfer of enrollment to a future offering of the same cohort;
- Transfer of enrollment to a comparable cohort or program; or
- Another reasonable accommodation determined by LearnVironment.
LearnVironment shall not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, travel-related, accommodation-related, or other indirect costs incurred by participants as a result of a cohort rescheduling, postponement, modification, or cancellation.
LearnVironment may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, credit, or other accommodation in the event of a duplicate purchase, billing error, or other exceptional circumstance. Any such accommodation shall not create an obligation for LearnVironment to provide refunds in future cases.
If any Specific Terms accompanying a Product or Service contain separate cancellation or refund terms, those Specific Terms will apply to that specific Product or Service.
